Hotel Rules and Management Policies

We, at The Silver Chimes Suites, intend to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Hence, we request your complete co-operation in observing the following, as an agreement between the guest and The Silver Chimes Suites, under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest.

We believe in the Rule of Modesty and We Expect You to Abide by It Tariff: The tariff mentioned on the website is for the room only and is exclusive of government taxes, meals and other services. They mentioned services are available at extra cost.

Bills: Settlement of bills must be on presentation either by payment in cash or valid credit card. We do not accept cheques and demand draft.

Check-in: Please present your id card, passport upon check-in ( as required by law). Visitors must produce personal documents for hotels records. These documents will be returned immediately. Guests residing locally & un-married guests will not eligible for room check-in and even no advance payment refund will applicable for them ( OTA booking & direct booking from hotel website )

Damage to Property: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by them, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

Custody of Guest Belongings: The management will not be responsible for loss of resident’s goods or valuables and each due to neglect and any other cause. For the convenience of all the management has given arrangements for keeping the valuables in safe custody.

Pets: No dogs or animals are allowed inside the hotel premises.

Accident: The management does not hold itself responsible for any accident however caused whether use of electric gadgets, mechanical appliance etc. or by any nature including act of god.

Hazardous Goods: Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

Privacy: We are loyal with guest for their personal data and document.

Drinks: Outside drinks are not allowed to be brought inside the hotel premises.

Government Rules and Regulation: Guest is requested to observe, abide by all applicable acts and laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

OTA cancellation policy will be applicable.
