Hotel Rules and Management Policies

1. Arrival and Departure: The standard check-in and check-out time is noon (12 o’clock). For early-hour check-ins, one needs to book the room from the previous day, with an additional day’s room charge. Late check-outs after the mentioned check-out time will be considered as a next-day booking and will be charged accordingly.

2. Reservation: You can make your reservations through the official website or partner service providers. The maximum period for advanced booking is 3 (three months).

3. Cancellation: One can make cancellations at their convenience.

4. Refund: The management holds the complete right to decide on a refund. In most cases, the management would deduct some nominal amount and refund the rest.

5. Company’s Lien on Visitor’s luggage and belongings: In case of default payment by the guest, the management can claim their right to the luggage and belongings, and to detain or auction such property at any time after the day of departure. The sales proceed is taken as the amount due from the guest.

    "Amazing stay!"

    Silver Chimes is one of a kind. During a span of 3 weeks, we stayed here 3 times. Kushal and his staff were very understanding and accommodating to our room preferences and made sure our stay was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and really well done! We recommend Silver Chimes to anyone who wants a hassle-free and smooth stay. Thank you again Kushal and team, we appreciate the hospitality.
